A PERSONAL VIEW FOR TECHNOLOGY USAGE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

Hi everyone, in this post I will write a statement which includes my ideas and feelings about teaching with the help of technology and share with you.I hope you enjoy with this statement and utilise from it. 

In 21st century technology usage is so common that there is almost  no area that does not use technology. And of  course for educational purposes it is used as well. And I think it must be integrated into education, because we live in technology age even children are masters about technology  and we even do our daily tasks with technology. For educational purposes using technology has  advantages; one of them is  students can develop their 4c skills with technology for example;  they can use some apps like Edmodo and they can communicate with both each other and the teacher, they can do their projects collaboratively and because of technology they do not have to gather or by using some apps also they can enhance their critical thinking and creativity as well. 

May be we can say as a disadvantage of technology it can be complex for older teachers and some students, because older teachers are not familiar with as much as new generation but though they can realise that in 21st century learning understanding technology has a great role. It cannot be good for some students too because with the technology usage students are active in the class and may be some students are not in favour with that.

As an ELT  student I need to be aware of technology and how I can get help from technology for my teaching processes. If I achieve to be a teacher one day I will of course use technology and I must, because every day technology empower its effect on teaching. But of course when we say teaching, teacher's performance, knowledge and experiences are more important but a teacher can make the teaching process easier by using technology. As I said  before teacher can contact with students outside the class by some apps again using technology can make the class more visual or audial. 

To conclude my post I want to say that I am so excited and wonder what is waiting for me for the coming years and  I want to again emphasise that technology usage are so common and  necessary for educational purposes just like all  the other areas that' why  we need to be aware of that  and then form our understanding of teaching

Padlet: Global Warming

Hi everyone, this week in my post I am writing about global warming which is my padlet task. In this post you will find explanations of my task and project process, my personal opinions about the task and finally how this project contibuted to my 21st century learning skills. Firsly I want to give some information about my project. We did this project as a group. We were 6 person and all group members contributed to this project at some point.
