My Website Evaluation

Hi everyone, in this post I will write about my website evaluation which is about Onestop English http://www.onestopenglish.com/ . In that website English teachers and learners can make their teaching and learning process easier with the help of exercises, tests, tasks, articles and more.

1- Who Authored the Website? Is there any Information about their Qualifications or Credentials? 
In this website there are lots of authors and every month one of them is picked as author of month.  
Aylin Graves: She started to teach English as a part time then ended up it as a full time. She studied American Literature at university.

Kerry Maxvell: She  got her  first degree and later an MA in Linguistics from Manchester University, in 1993 Cambridge Universtiy Press  as a lexicgrapher.

Lizzie Pinard: She   has been teaching for 6 years, she is currently working at the University of Sheffield as an EAP tutor.

2- What is the Content of the Website
 I will focus on the skills part of this website. In this part there are branches such as listening, speaking, writing, reading, integrated skills, vocabulary, pronunciation and news lessons. For every branch there are exercises for students to develop their related skills. There are videos, tests and exams for students as well.


3- Target Audience:
 This website currently has over 700,000 users from all over the world. This website is designed mainly for English teachers and learners.

4- Purpose:
For the teachers, with the help of this website teachers can make their lesson more attractive and get their student's attention. They can prepare their exams or they can prepare listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. In this website, students can watch lesson videos and make grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation exercises and develop their skills.

5-Last Update: 
This website is updated regularly and the last time it was updated was 18th April 2019.

6-Accuracy of the ınformation- Are there any errors? 
No, there are not any errors because authors of this website are professionals.

7-Are there any Broken Links? 
No there is not any broken links when you click any link you can go to page you want.

8-Are the Images of High Quality and Appealing to the Target Audience? 
Yes they are of high quality. Their images are unique and related. When you look at the images they give you a hint about what you read or do.

9- How can it be applied to EFL Teaching?
You can give reading assignments on that website and make a quiz about it. In that website students can watch videos about related subjects.

Hi everyone, this week in my post I am writing about global warming which is my padlet task. In this post you will find explanations of my task and project process, my personal opinions about the task and finally how this project contibuted to my 21st century learning skills. Firsly I want to give some information about my project. We did this project as a group. We were 6 person and all group members contributed to this project at some point.
